AI & Data Lead
Builds the applied AI and data layer: retrieval-augmented generation over large document collections, document intelligence combining OCR with language models and validation logic, recommendation systems checked against live business constraints, and the analytics engineering beneath them — ingestion, modelling, metric standardisation and reporting-ready datasets.
Digital Marketing & Growth Lead
Leads performance marketing, growth and business development. Full-funnel digital across paid search and SEM, social and paid media, SEO and organic growth, and programmatic AdTech — DSPs, SSPs, display, video and CTV. Also owns go-to-market strategy, positioning and partnerships.
