How this website handles your information

This is the website of Open It Tech. The company behind it is Openittech Solution and Services (OPC) Private Limited, based in India. Questions about this notice or your information go to contact@openittech.com.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and session recordings of those interactions. Clarity uses cookies to do this. We use it to find pages that confuse people and to see which contact options get used.

Cloudflare hosts the site. To serve and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP addresses. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for page-view and performance figures.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works without them.

If you email us, we receive what you send and use it to reply and to discuss the work you asked about.

If you book a call, the details you enter are collected by Cal.com, our scheduling service, and passed to us so we can hold the call.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

If you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email, phone, company, budget and message) go to our inbox and our CRM. When you arrive from an ad or campaign link, we also record that link's campaign tags with your enquiry.

An uploaded brief is stored on Cloudflare R2 behind a private, hard-to-guess link that we use internally. For anything highly confidential, ask us for a mutual NDA first and share it after.
