Turn enquiries into a system you can measure

We build the campaign, landing page and follow-up around one clear offer. See where enquiries come from, which ones are a fit, and what happens after your team responds.

What you end up with

  • Enquiry sources linked to channels and campaigns where tracking allows, with unknown sources shown
  • A defined follow-up route, with an automatic reply or assignment
  • Campaigns managed against cost per qualified lead, not cost per click
  • One view of your site, campaigns and CRM together
What this covers

Digital marketing & growth

Marketing and engineering in one team. We connect your campaign, landing page, tracking and follow-up so you can review enquiry sources and what happened next, with gaps in attribution shown clearly.

01

Search engine optimisation

Technical SEO, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data and content built around the queries your buyers actually type — not a keyword list bought in bulk.

02

Paid performance marketing

Search, social and retargeting campaigns managed to cost per qualified lead, with landing pages and tracking built rather than assumed.

03

Content & brand narrative

Positioning, messaging and content programmes — the writing that explains a technical product to the person who has to approve buying it.

04

Marketing analytics & attribution

Event tracking, consent-aware analytics, warehouse-side attribution modelling and dashboards that reconcile with finance instead of contradicting it.

05

Lifecycle & CRM marketing

Onboarding, nurture and retention journeys wired into your CRM, with the data sync and segmentation that make them fire correctly.

06

Conversion rate optimisation

Funnel analysis, experiment design and testing on the pages that carry the most revenue, with results measured against a stated hypothesis.

Digital marketing: how it works

Scoped for you, not picked from a price list

Every project is different, so we do not sell fixed packages. We learn what you need first, then propose the scope, timeline and price that fit, in writing, before any work starts.

From first message

to a written proposal

  1. 1You tell us what you need, by email, a short call or WhatsApp. An engineer reads it, not a sales team.
  2. 2We reply with clarifying questions and an honest read on fit. We do not take on every project, and we will say so if we are not the right team.
  3. 3If it looks like a fit, we talk through scope, requirements, deliverables, timing and budget expectations. Larger or uncertain projects may start with a scoped discovery phase.
  4. 4Where it makes sense, we send a written proposal with scope, timeline, price and terms. You decide whether to go ahead.

What shapes the scope and cost

  • Which channels are involved: search, paid social, SEO, email, or several
  • How many offers, locations or markets are covered
  • The state of your tracking, CRM and follow-up today
  • Whether landing pages need to be built
  • Ad spend, which you pay to the platforms directly, separate from our fee

Useful to have ready

  • What you sell, to whom, and what a typical customer is worth to you
  • Where enquiries come from today and what happens to them
  • Access to your ad accounts and analytics, if you have them
  • A rough monthly ad budget you are comfortable testing with

None of this is required to get in touch. If you are not sure yet, that is what the first conversation is for.

Questions we get asked

Before you get in touch

Something not covered here? Ask an engineer directly.

Why does an engineering company run marketing?

Because most marketing reporting breaks at the data layer, not the creative layer. Our engineers build data pipelines, warehouses and attribution models. Running campaigns on top of infrastructure we built ourselves means the numbers in the report reconcile with the numbers in the database.

Do you work with our existing marketing team?

Yes. We can take the parts an in-house team is not staffed for — technical SEO, tracking and attribution, or campaign engineering — while they keep brand and content.

What do you report on?

Qualified pipeline and cost per qualified lead, using agreed qualification criteria and your team's CRM updates. We show unknown sources and gaps in attribution. Traffic and engagement metrics are diagnostics, not results.

Is advertising included in the price?

No. You fund the agreed ad budget directly in your own ad account, and our fee is shown separately. We never mark up ad spend.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

We commit to the agreed work and the review process. Demand, competition, your offer and how quickly your team follows up all affect results, so we do not promise a fixed number of leads or revenue.

Do I need a new website?

Not always. A campaign usually needs one focused landing page, which can be part of the work. A full website is a separate project, needed only when your current site cannot support the journey.

Who owns the accounts and data?

You do. Ad accounts, analytics, CRM and data stay in your name, and ownership of code and creative is agreed in writing before work starts.

What happens after 90 days?

You get the work and a results review with a clear recommendation to continue, change or stop. You can move to a scoped monthly programme or take the handover.
