Discovery & technical audit

Good engineering starts with understanding constraints

Answer three questions and get an indicative risk read, the discovery sprint we would recommend and the artefacts it would produce. It is a starting point for a conversation — not a substitute for an actual audit.

Step 1 of 3

What is your primary technical objective?

What you receive

Discovery phase deliverables

Every discovery engagement produces concrete technical artefacts your leadership team can act on — with or without us.

Architecture blueprint

Component diagram covering APIs, data pipelines, caching layers and database schemas.

Technical debt audit

Analysis of security vulnerabilities, latency bottlenecks and refactoring priorities.

AI & data readiness audit

Dataset quality, embedding strategy, prompt guardrails and accuracy benchmarks.

Sprint roadmap & timeline

Milestone breakdown with sprint deliverables, squad allocation and a risk matrix.

Cloud & infrastructure cost spec

Monthly infrastructure forecast across AWS, GCP or Azure with autoscaling parameters.

Fixed proposal

Engagement proposal with fixed milestone deliverables and no scope ambiguity.

Clear scope before commitment

Discovery, delivery fees, milestones, payment terms and support are agreed in a written proposal before work begins. Estimates illustrate possible team shapes and timelines; they are not a quote or a promise of availability.

Cloud hosting, third-party APIs, licences and applicable taxes are identified separately. Project code ownership, third-party licence obligations, confidentiality and handover are covered in the agreement. We can arrange a mutual NDA before you share sensitive material.
